Friday Night, 6 – 8:30 p.m.  Dynamic Gentle Yoga: An Easier Way to Stretch
Enjoy the Dynamic Gentle Yoga style…slow, smooth and soothing.

This sequence has been honed over many hundreds of classes and tweaked to accommodate the needs of students with a wide variety of abilities and limitations. Practice safely without sacrificing the stress relief and peace of mind that yoga provides.

  • Experience standing and floor sequences that are accessible and empowering.
  • Explore a mindful, gradual, easeful, entry to each posture.
  • Discover an active, empowering approach that honors the capacity of each individual’s body.
  • Learn a methodical breath practice that initiates each movement.
  • Embody the dynamic experience of stimulating prana, with an inward focus to steady the mind and enter a meditative state of awareness.

The only strength or flexibility pre-requisite for this practice is to be able to get down onto the floor and back up independently.

Saturday, 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.   
Dynamic Gentle Asana – Alignment, Breath and Core

Treat yourself to a sequence of essential gentle yoga postures guided with compassionate, empowering alignment cues and focused breath sequencing, synchronized with core stabilization. Enjoy the methodical, breath-based Dynamic Gentle Yoga style.

  • Enter poses as an awareness-expanding exploration of incremental progressions.
  • Meet your body where it is, allowing it to reveal your own pain-free spectrum of the asana.
  • Reach into a vibrant sense of your body’s capacity, riding on ever-building currents of vitality, ease and rock-solid steadiness.

Dynamic Gentle Prana Glow

Transform and empower your yoga practice as you dive easefully into this masterfully guided exploration of the sustaining phase of yoga asana. In this practice, you will lighten your load, mentally and emotionally, flushing issues from the tissues, bringing them to the surface so they can evaporate into the ethers.

Experience this deeper aspect of yoga that builds energy and stimulates the flow of prana, the life force energy some call the inner healer. Discover how the deeper practice of yoga in the compassionate style of Dynamic Gentle kindles wholeness, insight and a healthy glow.

DYNAMIC GENTLE YOGA TEACHER TRAINING: Stimulate and Integrate – Prana Power

Develop an understanding of the power of the sustaining phase of yoga asana practice.

Learn refined techniques to masterfully guide students to sustain the pose for deep release.

You will practice the methods and artistry of leading students into an accessible and empowering deeper practice, with safety and compassion.

Enhance your skills and your teaching toolbox to:

  • Guide this transformational aspect of yoga practice using specific language for clarity, compassion, and empowerment.
  • Set an effective and encouraging context of precautions and contraindications.
  • Design a progressive sequence to increase toleration for sensation.
  • Provide language that strengthens the witness, seat of intuition, and insight.
  • Identify the specific integration activities that anchor this depth experience.
  • Guide an integrating meditation practice.
  • Lead a yoga practice that nurtures change organically.
